The letter "r" months have arrived. Winter has letter "r" in it. We are getting closer to another cross-country ski season. September-April are all "r" months. Now is the time to focus on ski specific exercises to get in shape for the upcoming season. Exercise has an "r" in it and cross-country skiing has two "r's". Sorry, it has been several months since it snowed. The daily posts will begin as soon as the snow flies.
